- Karen Mayfield, C. Tech., MCSE

Karen Mayfield is the Managing Principal of eSolutionsGroup and leads our team's ongoing work across many sectors. With over 20 years of experience in information technology project management, Karen spearheads many initiatives, including extensive research and development into new ideas for using the web to support community-focused objectives. Karen has overseen many creative design efforts and has taken the lead on all our award winning design projects. Her diverse role involves network infrastructure, graphics, website design, programming, and internet services. In addition to her extensive career in information technology, she is a member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) and has judged for the Economic Developers Council of Ontario's Ontario Marketing Awards for the past three years. Karen's community involvement includes membership on Conestoga College's Play the Classic Committee, and the Greater Kitchener-Waterloo Business Excellence Awards Committee. Karen pursues an active and involved role as a Board Member of the Meningitis Foundation of Canada and was also honoured by winning the President's award from the Economic Developers Council of Ontario - only the second time in history a vendor was honoured with this prestigious award - and has been a guest lecturer for the University of Waterloo's Economic Development program. Karen  serves as a senior project advisor, bringing her extensive experience to bear as a key reference point.

Jeanne Piercey, M.A.Sc., PE

Jeanne Piercey is a Managing Director at eSolutionsGroup, with over 10 years of project management experience in environmental engineering, on-line learning and custom web applications.  As a professional engineer, Jeanne has focused much of her career on engineering projects in the following areas: due diligence, site investigation, remediation, corrective action, litigation support, Brownfield redevelopment, and emergency response planning.  Jeanne has worked on a number of projects which have included multiple stakeholders and is accustomed to assessing and meeting each group's needs.  Jeanne's primary goal for each project is to meet or exceed her client's expectations.  As a Managing Director with eSolutionsGroup, Jeanne is capable of assigning the appropriate resources to ensure that every project is completed on schedule and within budget. 

 

Tony Managing Director, Marketing and Creative Services - Tony Niederer 

Tony offers more than 25 years of marketing and communications experience ranging from consensus-driven, international branding programs (English, French Canadian, Chinese) to public relations, internal and executive communications and marketing management. A former newspaper reporter, he has led national and international projects and collaborative cross-functional, cross-disciplinary teams. During his career, Tony has achieved more than a dozen international awards for communications excellence and customer service through the Life Communicators Association and with past employers. His leadership and executional experience includes marketing and creative services, corporate and sales events management, online marketing, customer segments marketing, partner marketing, and sales and partner training and enablement for some of the largest financial services and     software companies in North America.

Managing Director - Peter Gingrich

Peter Gingrich is a senior member of the eSolutions project management team and is responsible for the successful execution of projects on our clients' behalf. With 15 years of experience in the management of web application projects, Peter has a high level of familiarity with all aspects of web development: analysis of business objectives; site architecture; site design; application development; search engine marketing; web hosting infrastructure; and content management systems. Peter's background is entrepreneurial, having owned and operated a website development company dating back to the early days of the web. This experience led to positions with development firms, ad agencies and ultimately to a position with eSolutions.

 

Saj Jamal Creative Director - Saj Jamal

 Saj brings 20 years of branding and creative experience to the table. Saj has extensive branding knowledge, working as the Director of Global Branding for an international genetics organization and most recently as a Creative Director with a long standing branding agency. He has helped create results-generating brands for organizations in the agricultural, automotive, construction, financial, food services, performing arts, public and retail sectors. Saj's greatest strength is combining his creative abilities with his business skills and his passion for technology.

A graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design, Saj holds an Associate degree in Communications and Design. In collaboration with the talented creative and programming teams at eSolutions, Saj is uniquely qualified to help grow your organization by strengthening your brand and visual communications collateral. 
  
 
JeffProject Manager, Technical Networking Consultant - Jeff Latimer

Jeff Latimer provides Internet/networking design services to eSolutions and has led the design of our high-availability data center and co-location facility to provide hosting services to clients. With 13 years of experience designing and building data networks to provide powerful, efficient network solutions for clients, Jeff deploys resources from Compaq, HP, Cisco and others, and is familiar with many network technologies such as TCP/IP, Ethernet, Frame Relay, DSL and wireless LANS. He has implemented Microsoft Windows 2003 Server networks and is responsible for the administration and maintenance of a 2000 user Microsoft Exchange Server eMail system. Responsible for many other projects including implementation of a wide-area network covering over 50 locations in Canada and the US, as well as ongoing growth and maintenance of that network, Jeff's skills include network analysis and troubleshooting using Networks Associates Sniffer ® and knowledge of the OSI Reference Model.

- Alison Carden, S.E.T.

Alison is a Project Manager for eSolutions and is responsible for ensuring that all software applications are developed to the highest quality standards and can be deployed with confidence in support of client projects. As a Software Engineering Technologist, Alison has an extensive background in computer security and software design while offering a strong understanding of software design methodologies from the perspective of business programming, embedded programming, systems programming and administration. Moreover, with a well proven record of success in software engineering and as a winner of the School of Engineering 2006 Faculty Award from Conestoga College, Alison has the dedicated background that will serve to continually improve upon the success that eSolutions has already demonstrated in leading edge software applications and enterprise web-based initiatives.
