Account Executive - North America

  • Safety Inspection – safety inspection and reporting solution

About the job:

eSolutionsGroup, through our bids&tenders product, is accelerating the world’s transition to digital procurement by being a trusted leader in the procurement field who uses the latest technology, industry expertise, and client feedback to build the most advanced digital procurement platform.

In this role, you will work closely with the eSolutionsGroup marketing team, communications team and industry experts to grow the bids&tenders digital procurement platform across North America.


  • Qualify marketing generated prospects
  • Identify and engage new customer leads in B2B and B2G environments through networking, research and cold-calling
  • Effectively conduct web presentations using inside sales standard methodologies
  • Follow-up with clients and prospects via email and phone to lead them to the next step
  • Manage your sales pipeline using a CRM and internal tools to ensure the shortest sales cycle
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Work with technical support staff to respond to inquiries and ensure optimal customer service

What you bring to our team:

  • Sales experience and familiarity with CRM standard methodologies
  • Quick learning skills that allow you to excel with new markets, products and technology
  • Positive and outgoing attitude with the ability to think ‘on your feet’
  • You are adaptable in how you understand our customers and help them overcome their challenges in order to quickly progress opportunities through long sales cycles
  • You put customers first and value long term success
  • You have strong communication skills including by phone, video conferences, email and in-person
  • You are known for your integrity, respectfulness and your ability to create strong relationships
  • Ability to travel in North America to customers locations, trade shows or conferences if required (less than 20% travel is expected)
