We strongly encourage submitting an online support ticket to facilitate more efficient communication between you and our support team. Once you have a ticket, you are able to monitor your request and be notified of any status changes. If you are unsure about using the support system, email us and we can create a ticket for you. If you choose to call, please provide as much detail as possible so our support team can address the issue quickly. We are open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST.
